• i’ve been doing improv since middle school. that’s over 10 years of improv experience, which is nuts.

• i joined the merry men, a mixed-form improv troupe at usc, in 2022. we performed every monday night.
  • we used to be british themed.
  • our short-form games include classics like taxi, west end, unscripted, mind the gap, hear no see no, new choice, pavlovian response, serious scene, blaise, witch trial, objection, and more!
  • our long forms include our bastardized armando (aka amanda), improvised shakespeare, improvised musical, slacker, tarantino, pretty flower, and our iconic apartment long form.
• i served as co-president of the merry men 2024-2026.
  • my lovely co-president, lukas, is now one of my best friends. our responsibilities were organizing auditions, leading rehearsals, coordinating events, and hosting shows.

• i joined the fourth quarter all-stars (4QAS) at usc in 2022 and was a member of the team until my graduation. as members of 4qas, we write, perform, and produce original sketch comedy at usc and on “tour” at other colleges. our writer’s room is extraordinarily collaborative and we all contribute to the direction of sketches and design of tech elements.
  • 4qas hosts the largest collegiate sketch comedy festival on the west coast, sketchella, every spring.
• i eventually took on additional roles like technical director (2023-2025) and treasurer (2026-2026).
  • as the technical director, i managed tech elements at 4qas shows at a variety of venues every semester and for 13 visiting groups at sketchella 2024.

i also occasionally do stand-up.
